Treva Roberts is the vice president and co-owner of Diamonds & Designs by None Other Goldsmiths. She is a visionary as well as an actionary. She is just as likely to be found under a desk rewiring a computer as she might be staring into a Gemological Microscope inspecting inclusions inside of a diamond under 64x magnification.
Treva is a honors graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, she will readily tell you that she is a "people person" and loves to help people make their jewelry visions a reality. She is a Expert Designer, Lapidary Artist and an Experienced Goldsmith in all facets of jewelry creation.
Treva is a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America. She is holds diplomas of "Graduate Diamonds", "Graduate Colored Stones", and "Graduate Pearls" as well. A self described "stone geek", she loves discussing features and properties of both popular and unusual gemstones.
She is our onsite CAD/CAM expert (computer assisted design/ computer assisted manufacture). She utilizes our state of the art "MODEL MASTER ©" system with Artcam's Jewelsmith to take jewelry design to the next level.
Treva loves animals. She grew up in Ohio. Riding and showing horses as well as tending to many different kinds of farm animals. To commemorate her favorite feline she created her popular "kitty paws" ring.

Design Awards
In 2005 Treva entered her first design competition at the annual Columbus Jewelry show sponsored by the Ohio Jeweler's Association. She won 1st Place in her division and was also awarded Best of Show. Her design went on to compete with best of the best in the Jewelers of America Winter Show in New York in February of 2006. Her piece was among the top 29 from across the country.
She designed the piece using a custom cut freeform triangular shaped titanium coated drusy agate set into an original pendant design using 14k yellow gold with diamond accents.
Military Service
Treva has a keen sense of duty and honor having served our country for over 19 years. She was an active member of the U.S. Army Reserve and achieved the rank of Captain. During her tour of duty she served at many different echelons of command in various capacities on staffs at the Battalion, Group and ARCOM levels. She commanded her own unit for over three years.
She received her commission as a Lieutenant through the R.O.T.C. program at Kent State University. She graduated at the top of her class and was the first female Cadet Commander at Kent. She awarded the George Catlett Marshall Award for the outstanding student in Military Studies and Leadership.
She went on to be awarded the parachutists badge for airborne personnel. She holds 2 Army Achievement Medals, 2 Army Commendation Medals; the Army Service Ribbon; Reserve Components Overseas Service Ribbon, 4 awards; the Armed Forces Reserve Medal; the Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, 4 awards; and for a tour of duty during Desert Storm in the early '90's. She received the National Defense Service Medal.
