Our History
The busines was located for the first six years in of the basement of our founder's home. Originally serving other jewelers for their repair and custom needs, word got out and individuals began requesting appointment for their special projects.
The business grew and prospered, adding more goldsmiths and was expanded into a custom built 576 Sq Ft facility in 1981.
In 1992 the company expanded again and took on a lease in the downtown area of Columbus known as the Short North. That store was known as None Other Too.
That store was successfully operated for sixteen years closing its doors only after the store manager needed to return home to be with her aging parents. It closed it's operations at the end of June 2007 .
In 1996 the company acquired a property in a growing retail corridor in Gahanna, Ohio and then designed and built a 2400 SF custom showroom and manufacturing facility for it's jewelry operations. The building was completed in September of 1998.

Continuing on it's path to success, a property located at 4523 Cleveland Avenue in Columbus, Ohio was purchased and a custom addition was added in order to become the base of operations for the first retail store in 1985.

In 2004 with some help of professional consultants None Other Goldsmiths decided to alter it's name to add the words Diamonds & Designs to the familiar None Other Goldsmiths. It is thought that the name better describes the company and what we do.
Therefore we became Diamonds & Designs by None Other Goldsmiths.
