Diamonds and Designs by None Other Goldsmiths will host A Day for Dogs fundraising event Saturday, June 27, at Diamonds and Designs located at 970 North Hamilton Road (¾ mile south of Morse Road), Gahanna.
This volunteer-organized event is a fundraiser supporting local dog rescue groups.
Diamonds and Designs will have “doggone” great deals on jewelry the day of the event during regular business hours from 10am – 4pm with a percentage of profits supporting participating rescue groups, changing the lives of homeless pets in our community.
Dog friendly events will take place 12pm – 3pm.
This free outdoor, family-fun event will entertain dogs and their families with activities such as dog behavior demonstrations and dog massages. In addition, drawings will be held throughout the day for giveaways and prizes, including a custom Pet Paw ring valued at over $400.00
What led Diamonds and Designs to host such a fundraiser? “Our love of animals” says Debra Hobbs & Treva Roberts, Co-Owners of Diamonds and Designs.“
We know how this economy is impacting so many families which, in turn, has overwhelmed many shelters and rescues. We want to make a contribution to the rescues in our area, while raising awareness of the pet overpopulation issue.” added Roberts.
